The Mountain Guides offer guided rock climbing trips across some of the most iconic destinations in the American West. Whether you’re booking your first climbing vacation or looking for a multi-pitch adventure on classic routes, our AMGA-trained and certified guides will match you with the right experience. No prior climbing experience is required for many of our programs — we provide all technical gear and instruction to get you on the rock safely.


Where We Climb

Grand Teton National Park, Wyoming: Climb the iconic Grand Teton on a four-day expedition from our Corbet High Camp, or choose from classic single-day rock climbs on Symmetry Spire, Disappointment Peak, Irene’s Arete, and more.

Rocky Mountain National Park, Colorado: Alpine rock climbing on legendary routes like the Casual Route on Longs Peak, Culp-Bossier on Hallett Peak, and Blitzen Ridge on Mt. Yipson. Multi-pitch objectives for intermediate to advanced climbers.

Red Rock Canyon, Nevada: World-class sandstone climbing just outside Las Vegas. Half-day introductions, full-day sport and trad climbs, and multi-pitch adventures on Red Rock’s iconic walls.

Climbing Programs & Instruction

From introductory climbing classes to guided ascents of technical alpine routes, our programs are built around your goals and experience level. We offer half-day and full-day rock climbing tours for individuals, families, and corporate groups, plus multi-day expeditions in the Tetons and Wind River Range. For climbers looking to develop specific skills, our instruction courses cover everything from anchor building and lead climbing to multi-pitch technique and alpine movement.
