About Gage Meredith
Gage grew up in Crested Butte Colorado, spoiled with just a two minute walk to the ski lifts and endless backcountry skiing out the back door. Initially moving to Jackson to work for Teton Gravity Research, Gage quickly became enamored with the Tetons and has made it a priority to live and work in the mountains since. He has had the privilege to ski across the western US and Canada and even in New Zealand and the Dolomites, but still can’t get enough of the Tetons. His guiding career started with teaching avalanche courses in college at Montana State University, and since then he has worked on Denali, Mt. Rainier, Rocky Mountain National Park, the Tetons, and throughout Washington’s North Cascades. On his days off Gage enjoys mountain biking, drinking coffee, and going to the library.
