Joel Enrico

A Maine native, Joel started climbing just after high school and has since climbed throughout the Americas from sea-side first ascents in Newfoundland to the rugged peaks and big walls of Patagonia. Some of his favorite areas are the Red Rock , Zion, Wind Rivers, and the Tetons. He now spends most of his working time in the Jackson office serving as the General Manager. He previously managed our Desert programs. When not in the office he can be found in the mountains or at the local crags. He enjoys guiding for the camaraderie and unique personalities he meets and shares the mountains with.  Joel is a certified AMGA Rock Guide, AMGA Alpine Guide, and AMGA Splitboard Guide. He also holds a WFR, is a Leave No Trace Trainer, and has completed a Professional Level Two Avalanche Course.
