About Hans Webster

Hans grew up on the east coast riding BMX bikes and marching in the drumline. After discovering climbing while in college he took the first engineering job he could find in Colorado. For a few years he worked Monday to Friday and climbed and volunteered to teach climbing on the weekends. Motivated by his desire to work with people directly, Hans eventually left his engineering job to guide full time and provide profound experiences in the context of the mountains. Since then he has guided in the Cascades and Sierra, climbed big walls, ascended ice and snow to 6000m in Bolivia, rafted the Grand Canyon for 3 weeks, and made many delicious carrot cakes. Now that he has returned to the Front Range, he is stoked to help you on your journey into the mountains!
