About Elizabeth Keane
Elizabeth Keane’s adventures and work with expedition medicine has taken her to over 50 countries on 7 continents. But, her home base has been Jackson Hole since she first came to work as a travel nurse and ski shop tech in 2009. Elizabeth is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a Fellowship from the Wilderness Medical Society. She has worked as the provider for National Geographic expeditions and has also worked as the medical lead on Denali with the National Park Service. Elizabeth has a passion for education and has taught in nursing programs as well as wilderness medicine and avalanche education. She works at the clinic at Jackson Hole and also as a ski patroller at Snow King. Elizabeth is a certified yoga instructor and Ayurvedic lifestyle consultant and believes in the power of powder skiing to heal the mind, body and soul. She is currently pursuing the AMGA ski guide track. When Elizabeth is not pursing medicine or teaching you can find her adventuring with her two boys.
