About Brian Babbitt
Brian Babbitt first fell in love with big mountains when he learned how to ski in the Alps at age 3. Spending much of his adolescence in Ohio- with no mountains in sight- he would travel out west to ski and to the Red River Gorge to rock climb. After college he was ready to permanently make the move out west. He settled in Salt Lake City 8 years ago and added guiding back country skiing, rock climbing, and alpine climbing to the mix. Brian has been exploring the Tetons for the last 5 summers. He still spends winters in Utah, with his wife and 2 young daughters, working for Alta Ski Patrol and Park City Powder Cats. His passion for the mountains and being outdoors is contagious. He loves continuing to learn and is eager to share his knowledge with others.
