Whether you’ve never tied into a rope or you’re a gym climber ready to move outdoors, The Mountain Guides offer professional rock climbing instruction at some of the best crags in the American West. Our climbing classes cover movement technique, knot tying, belaying, anchor systems, and outdoor climbing safety — taught on real rock by AMGA-certified climbing instructors. Unlike gym classes, our instruction happens in spectacular mountain settings where you’ll learn skills that transfer directly to independent outdoor climbing.

Colorado Climbing Classes (Boulder): Structured outdoor climbing instruction at Eldorado Canyon and Boulder-area crags. Year-round.

Grand Teton National Park Rock Climbing (Wyoming): Alpine rock climbing instruction in the Tetons. Summer season.
