Our trip was awesome. [Steve] Our guide did the perfect job of keeping us safe while letting us explore the mountain. Having tried to climb the Grand several years ago on our own and turning back, this time with Steve it was a lot easier and we were successful. The only mistake we made was not hiring a guide on the first attempt.

← Our guide, Tyler Jones, was top notch. He was highly experienced, knowledgeable, a patient teacher and even a decent cook. I had never been on a trip like this before and really didn’t understand what I was getting myself into when I agreed to go with my friends. Tyler went above and beyond to make sure we all had a good experience, stayed safe and enjoyed the mountains. The accommodations and food in high camp were very good. The weather, on the other hand, didn’t cooperate but we still had a blast and made good memories.

Paul was an outstanding guide (I have a strong frame of reference; I have probably worked with at least 20 guides on five continents). He guided me and my two young children on the Grand Teton. Paul was patient and firm with them. They felt safe and I felt they were in good hands. Most importantly, Paul seemed invested in our achieving our objective for the trip. It never like just a job. →
