We meet our guests at the specific climbing crag that we will be guiding at for the day. Directions for each crag are listed below.
Kila:
From Kalispell:
- Drive west on US Hwy 2.
- At the Kalispell bypass, drive west 10 miles.
- Turn right at the sign for Jackson Meadows Rd.
- Take your immediate left turn and follow that road for 1 mile to the parking area where your guide will meet you. (If you pass a sign that says private road you missed your turn.)
Drive time from Kalispell — Approximately 20 Minutes**
From Whitefish or Glacier National Park:
- From Whitefish, drive south on US 93.
- Take the US 93 Alternate bypass, south around Kalispell
- Take exit 4 onto US Hwy 2 west.
- Drive west on US Hwy 2 for 10 miles.
- Turn right at the sign for Jackson Meadows Rd.
- Take your immediate left turn and follow that road for 1 mile to the parking area where your guide will meet you. (If you pass a sign that says private road you missed your turn.)
Drive time from Whitefish – Approximately 35 minutes**
Upper Stillwater Canyon:
- Head north out of Whitefish on Hwy 93 toward the town of Stryker Montana.
- Watch for mile marker 158, then cross the Stillwater River. (If you get to a yellow flashing light marking the turn to the town of Stryker, you have gone a bit too far and need to turn around.)
- Turn Rt after the bridge on a dirt road. This is FS road 900. The signs will reference Mount Marston Lookout.
- Travel exactly 0.9 miles and park on the right at the second pullout which is located just before a left bend in the road.
Drive time from Whitefish – Approximately 35 minutes**
Stone Hill:
- From Whitefish, head north on Hwy 93 toward the town of Eureka Montana (52 miles).
- When you reach the north end of the town of Eureka, make a left onto MT Hwy 37.
- Drive on Hwy 37 until you see the large suspension bridge that crosses the reservoir.
- Park in the visitor parking lot at the bridge to meet your guide
- From the parking lot you will caravan with your guide to the exact location of your crag.
